Jason Michael O'Rourke

Throughout the years Jason has become a thought leader in the Optimization and Future of Electronic Health Record Systems (EHR) delivery, managing projects and optimizing systems and since helped to author the current content implementation playbook followed by Health Systems, as well as authoring numerous white papers on EHR Design and Governance within a HIPPA complainant environment. 

With more than 35 EHR implementations, over 200k users brought live and System Design Architecture for massive healthcare organizations; the real world in the trenches experience has molded a deep understanding of the challenges healthcare systems face.  

His Technical Career started with Multidimensional Data Analysis & Defensive Counter Intelligence with the United States Marine Corps; holding a Top-Secret Security Clearance. One of the first Certified Security Coordinators within the Epic EMR platform, and utilizing his previous understanding of Unrelational Multidimensional Databases, quickly excelled within the field. - He was a featured keynote speaker at the first Security Design Forum held by Epic Systems. Since then, Jason Michael O'Rourke has been a VIP Speaker or critical member at multiple industry events throughout the years.

Sam Russell

Sam Russell has over 35 years of business development, sales management, and marketing expertise in the Healthcare Software, IT Services and BPO industries. Before Quotient Health, Mr. Russell was a top performer at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Recognition Research, Inc. (RRI), a leading software company acquired by SunGard Data, Norrell Services, and Equifax Healthcare.

Before RRI Mr. Russell initiated and grew the healthcare practice at First Image Management Company that was later acquired by Affiliated Computer Services (ACS)/Xerox and today is Conduent. Mr. Russell had vast experience in both the commercial and government sides of the healthcare business and initiated the State Medicaid practice while at both RRI and Cognizant. In recent years Mr. Russell has worked with major health systems throughout the US.

Zhongfang (Sunny) Fan

Prior to joining Quotient Health, Sunny was an independent healthcare IT consultant with over 15 years’ experience in managing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system implementations and optimization projects. He has management as well as hands on experience on ambulatory, inpatient, lab, HIM, revenue cycle, integration, and user provisioning and provider management departments. He used his deep understanding of Epic’s underlying Chronicles database and Cache programming language to satisfy workflow needs of various departments within a healthcare system, provided efficient and creative IT solutions often to the pleasant surprise of his clients. His service was acquired by a number of prestigious medical centers including Cleveland Clinic, Mercy Health Systems, University of Virginia Health Systems, UW Health, UCSF Medical Center, UCLA Health, Scripps Health and Mayo Clinic. 

Prior to starting his consulting service, Sunny worked at Epic Systems Corporation as a senior software developer where he was one of the first developers for their lab information system.

Over the last 5 years Friedrick has been the Product Manager for the Pearson Console experience that was developed from concept to market. Console supported more than 1.4 million users last school year and 4.6 million users in its lifetime. Pearson is currently onboarding products to the Console experience that will represent $100 million in annual revenue as part of the Global Learning Platform (GLP). Prior to working for Pearson he lead the development dozens of software applications from concept to market including desktop applications, native mobile applications, web services and text messaging services.
